WANT TO BE A MEMBER?
	There are well over 100 people currently in Love Creek Repertory. Our Repertory membership is comprised of directors, writers, actors, a talent manager, and a casting director. Only those in our Repertory are truly members of Love Creek Production. Our Repertory members donate the lion's share of time and monies to make the company possible. However, there are no financial requirements for our Repertory Members. How does someone become a Love Creek Repertory Member? You must be asked. The artistic staff of the company chooses those members that they feel are best qualified to be a Repertory Member. Besides talent, the ability to work with others is of prime consideration. Many of the Repertory Members have been with us well over 15 years. A number of people are associated with LCP who are not Love Creek Repertory Members; these are individuals who are working with the company through what we call our Performance Training Program (PTP). It is the philosophy of the company that artists learn by doing, and so someone who joins our PTP program is afforded many opportunities to perform, direct, stage manage and run lights. We also encourage our PTP members to write. LCP is one of the sponsors of the highly successful RCL Writer's group. The group is open to all LCP Repertory Members and all PTP members without charge. It is our philosophy that by honing his/her skills in all arenas of theatrical art, that the artist can become more complete. The PTP Program generally is a three-year program, but may be extended for an additional 2 years. Many individuals, after having finished the PTP program, are invited into our Repertory. An individual, from time to time, is invited into Love Creek Repertory without having been a PTP member, or with less than 3 years of participation. The PTP Member pays $100.00 for the first six months. In that time the PTP Member performs in at least two shows, oftentimes more. These are usually one-acts, but may be in any area of the company. If the PTP member is asked to return, the current yearly fee is $100.00 with a guarantee of at least three shows, oftentimes many more. Additionally, PTP members are expected to see 6 of our MAINSTAGE PRODUCTIONS, and put in 12 hours of support work every 3 months yearly. LOVE CREEK has as its philosophy that Artistic Growth Is Best Achieved Through Artistic Experience. We feel that our many talented performers interacting with our new members are a wonderful opportunity to grow for all involved.
